Not as easy as you might think, but with no preservatives, e-numbers and made with a secret ingredient from the Arcashia tree, we are happy making sugar syrup till our hearts content!

Here at Milgi we love,and we mean “love” to serve up the best cocktails you’ve ever tasted. We don’t focus on the frille we just keep it simple, and concentrate on using only the freshest fruit, the sexiest spirits and the most delectable combinations to deliver a truly satisfying liquid experience.
We like to invent our own drinks, taking inspiration from the classics as well as the more unconventional. We make our own purees, syrups, and cordials, and use local world food stores to add something quite unique.
