Here at Milgi we love,and we mean “love” to serve up the best cocktails you’ve ever tasted. We don’t focus on the frille we just keep it simple, and concentrate on using only the freshest fruit, the sexiest spirits and the most delectable combinations to deliver a truly satisfying liquid experience.
We like to invent our own drinks, taking inspiration from the classics as well as the more unconventional. We make our own purees, syrups, and cordials, and use local world food stores to add something quite unique.
For every season, we create a new and totally irresistible cocktail to suit the mood. We forage the orchards and hedgerows to find the goodies to create a truly unique cocktail that only lasts, as long as nature intended it to!
If, you’re are not looking for an alcoholic beverage, despair not- at Milgi we have an extensive range of non-alcoholic drinks that might even sway you from your primary intentions. Made with the same philosophy in mind, our non-alcoholic drinks are a refreshing alternative, and even count as one of your five a day!

The History of the Cocktail
The true creation of the popular cocktail can be traced to the nineteenth century. One early written reference to the term “cocktail” (as a drink based on spirits with other spirits and additives) can be found in an American magazine, The Balance, published in May 1806. It stated that a “Cocktail is a stimulating liquor, composed of spirits of any kind, sugar, water, and bitters…”
