Today is going to be a whole day of preparing with the anticipation of our new seasonal specials that will officially launch on Monday.
A difficult time of year to find anything in the hedgerows and so my thoughts turned to dried spices and their medicinal properties. I actually found it all rather inspirational and a trip to Gareth at Spice of Life is always a pleasure.
