Our favourite thing to do here at Milgi is to forage and it’s a great time of year to do so. It’s simplicity gives you an enourmous sense of happiness and the results in taste are tremendous.
To be honest, you don’t need to do to much to the amazing thing that is elderflower cordial. We plan to use it in Sour with Lemon Vodka, Elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and our homemade elderflower cordial - so refreshing and deliciously moreish!
This super seasonal cocktail has been designed especially for our one-off pop-up supper club in Pontcanna this Saturday.
