The Turmeric Root. As one of the most powerful healing foods on the planet we are super excited to be offering this to you as part of our seasonal curry this weekend.
When eaten raw not only will you taste the difference but you’ll also benefit even more from its’ powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This is definately our favourite ingredient of the moment.

And finally Elderflower Cordial if you haven’t been in to try our homemade elderflower cordial you must as stocks are running low!
You can have it as an Elderflower Fizz which is frightfully refreshing or you can opt for our Elderflower Sour which is probably one of the best cocktails i’ve ever drunk.
So, there we have it, life is pretty sweet here at Milgi and oh, let us know how the muffins turn out!
