The season has turned, Halloween is on our doorstep, the urn is back in pride of place and we are selling gallons of hot mulled apple nectar. This is truly one of the great things about autumn and we religiously make it every year. Wrap your hands around a mug of this delightful nectar and literally feel the autumn take over you.
Chard - another seasonal plus and Simon will be making a Pumpkin, Rainbow Chard & Chickpea Curry with green lentils and coconut and rice. This particular chard came from Riverside Allotments, picked in the dark by Sophie and delivered this morning. The colours are amazing!
Halloween wouldn’t be the same without a carved pumpkin or two. Danny and Nikita will be hacking away and no doubt creating masterpieces from these fine specimens. They are massive!
